At InstaOrnate, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted jewelry pieces with care and precision. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to know what to expect once you place an order.
Order Processing
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-Order Jewelry: For Made-to-Order items, Dispatch time may differ due to complexity of design. Usually it takes 30-35 days to ship. Please contact support for item specific details.
Shipping Timelines
- Within India: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International Shipping (USA, UK & more): Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Note: During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatches may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Charges
India:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.
- COD (Cash on Delivery): Available on selected pincodes with an additional charge.
International Orders:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- We currently ship to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and more.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- You can also track your order under the “Track My Order” section on our website.
Packaging
All jewelry is securely packed in tamper-proof, elegant boxes to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Each piece includes care instructions and a certificate, if applicable.
Customs & Import Duties
- International Buyers: Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if any) are to be paid by the customer as per the destination country’s laws.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Delivery Partners
We ship using trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shiprocket (for India), and DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS for international deliveries.
Failed Deliveries / Re-attempts
If a delivery is missed, our logistics partner will re-attempt. After two failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged with applicable charges.

Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact details are accurate while placing your order. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
